Casey Fuller, professional hitting and pitching instruction

My Hitting philosophy is simple: If it is comfortable and it works go with it. I was a pitcher in college. I didn't pick up a bat for four years and my Senior year I was able to put up good enough numbers to sign a professional contract. After my first Professional season, I incorporated the drills that I had learned and jumped from 1 Home Run in 2002, to 12 Home Runs in 2003. I found my comfort zone and used my hitting maintenance program to stay consistent. I incorporate drills that were successful during my professional career.

Pitching Instruction

What's the best pitch in baseball? A strike!
Casey Fuller All-Star Baseball pitching philosophy focuses on mechanics and location. It's not how hard you throw it, but where you throw it. Casey had shoulder surgery in college and is very careful with young arms. We teach proper mechanics and low impact drills and throwing programs.
